The PANDORO 2024 by Leonardo Di Carlo is the dessert par excellence of the Italian Christmas tradition.
The purity and preciousness of the ingredients of this Pandoro, the long research, the laborious preparation are the elements that elect it as the most refined of Christmas Leavened Products.

The magic, at the moment of tasting, materializes with the sprinkling of impalpable icing sugar, prepared separately, thus evoking the white snowflakes on the surface, and then giving in to its very soft consistency with the scent of Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar.

To guarantee their freshness and preserve their flavor and aroma, the production of our pandoro will begin in the first
week of December, thus ensuring the fragrance, flavor and aroma for all the Holidays.
