A symbol of peace and rebirth, the Colomba is the Italian Easter dessert par excellence. Maestro Leonardo Di Carlo signs an exclusive version, made in a limited series in the three weeks preceding the holiday.
After a slow and natural leavening, the soft and fragrant dough releases all the scent of Mediterranean citrus fruits, thanks to the addition of fine cubes of Italian candied orange peel and the delicate note of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.
To complete this artisanal excellence, a crunchy amaretto glaze, embellished with selected Italian almonds and a generous amount of sugar granules.
A handcrafted product, made with natural ingredients and without preservatives.
