A soft and fragrant dough, obtained from slow natural leavening, releases intense and harmonious aromas: the fresh notes of Mediterranean citrus fruits, cubes of Italian candied orange peel, and the unmistakable refinement of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.
To complete the experience, a crunchy amaretto glaze, for a perfect balance between Softness and crunchiness.
