Always a symbol of rebirth and sharing, the Easter egg takes on a new form thanks to the vision of Maestro Leonardo Di Carlo. Thus was born the Lievitato Goloso: a large, artisanal egg-shaped leavened cake, soft, fragrant, and elegant.

Made with slow, natural leavening, without forcing, it features a soft and delicately citrusy dough, enriched by the intense aroma of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.
What makes it irresistible is the combination of the enveloping sweetness of white chocolate cubes and the intense character of candied Italian black cherries, which provide a pleasant fruity and slightly tart note, in perfect balance with the softness of the cake. On the outside, an amaretto glaze envelops the leavened cake, for a perfect contrast of textures.
