In Easter tradition, the egg has always had a special meaning. This year, Maestro Leonardo Di Carlo has reinterpreted this icon by creating the new Lievitato Goloso: an egg-shaped leavened product, soft and fragrant, the result of a slow natural leavening, without forcing.
The dough, delicately citrusy and enriched by the unmistakable aroma of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, is made even more delicious by the addition of:
